Liberty Prints at Barbour.
What is a Liberty print? A firm piece of British craftsmanship and textile history created in 1875 by Arthur Liberty. Mysore silks were imported from India then dyed and printed with wooden blocks in Scotland, Cumbria and Lancashire.

The Liberty print was initially used just for producing silk scarves, however its popularity has led to Barbour using the print with ladies handbags, scarves and the traditional Beadnell to name but a few pieces.

Barbour appear to be reviving this print at a fantastic time, as florals are still in trend, but would you rather your reliable Barbour coat that will stand the test of time and the classic English rain, or a lighter more fashionable floral coat?
